A Tidbit of My Story
I’ve been coaching professionally for a few years now, but the truth is—I’ve been unofficially coaching for decades.
Before this chapter, I worked in the TV and film industry. I loved the work, the creativity, and the people. But eventually, burnout caught up with me, and I had to walk away. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment marked the beginning of a much deeper journey.
With everything stripped away, I had no choice but to rebuild. So I took a deep dive into learning new mindsets, tools, and behaviors. That’s when I uncovered something that changed everything: As smart, savvy, and strong-willed as I was—and even with the love and support of family and friends—I was doing it alone. There were no mentors guiding me. No one looking out for me.
I had to figure out how to grow and thrive in spaces that weren’t built for me—or worse, that didn’t want me there.
I tolerated things I shouldn’t have, just to feel grateful for being included.
I paid my dues—and then some—but at a cost that deeply impacted my wellbeing.
I’m both proud and heartbroken by how much I accomplished without guidance.
And somewhere in the midst of my healing, I kept hearing the same message:
“Become the help you needed.”
So… here I am.
Doing this work. Creating space. Holding others up.
Because no one should have to do it all on their own.
Why I Do This Work
My coaching practice is a beautiful way to connect, heal, serve, and uplift my community.
I come to this work with lived experience—professionally and personally.
And while our journeys may look different, I recognize the threads we share.
I have a deep, humble awareness of where we come from.
I know what our parents had to endure.
I know the mountains we climb, the baggage we carry, and the strength it takes to keep going.
Most importantly—I know what it takes to make it through to the other side.
It’s a wild ride sometimes, but I’m here to walk beside you.
I’ve done the work. I continue doing the work. And now?
I get to dedicate my life to helping incredible people—people like you—rise, grow, and thrive.
This work is a joy, an honor, and a privilege.
And I believe—without a doubt—that we all have what it takes to get where we want to go.
Sometimes, we just need a helping hand.
I see you. I hear you. And I can’t wait to meet you.
My Approach
Say what you mean, mean what you say. And don’t say it mean.
You’ll probably want to know about my certifications and training—and yes, I’ve got plenty. But honestly? My greatest qualification is that I’m like you.
I’ve done the work. I’ve walked through the fire. I’ve cried, questioned everything, and kept going.
And on the other side, I’ve built a life rooted in truth, self-trust, and joy.
Now I help others do the same.
I’ve been trained in a variety of coaching and healing modalities, and I tailor everything I use to fit your specific needs.
If that sounds a little confusing or overwhelming—don’t worry. I keep it simple. I keep it honest. And I keep it real.

I spent 20+ years in a successful TV/Film career, where I honed the power of storytelling (fun fact: your brain processes everything through story)
And for those who love the astro side of things: I’m a Virgo Sun, Pisces Moon, and Taurus Rising — so I bring order, empathy, and grounded presence into everything I do.
I pull from all of these experiences to serve my clients in a way that’s deeply personal, intuitive, and effective.
I honor and cherish the work that I do — which means I only take on clients I know I can genuinely support. No wasting time or money. If we vibe, we build your plan for success from the start.
